Pools need regular maintenance. By doing monthly maintenance you can help keep your pool running smoothly and looking great all season long. Here are some of the things we do during our monthly maintenance visit:
- Clean the pool surface and vacuum any dirt or debris from the bottom
- Inspect filters and clean or replace as necessary
- Check water chemistry and adjust as needed
- Balance the water to ensure optimal filtration and clarity
Our Maintenance Process
When it comes to maintaining your pools, there are several components that need to be checked regularly. We have an extensive process in doing our monthly maintenance cleaning.
The first thing we do is take a look at the pool surface to see if there is any dirt or debris that needs to be vacuumed up. We use a commercial grade pool vacuum to suck up all the unwanted material from the bottom of the pool. This helps keep the water looking clean and clear and also prevents any clogs from forming in the filtration system.
After vacuuming, we then inspect the filters for any signs of wear or damage. If they need to be cleaned or replaced, we will take care of them right away. Filters are essential in keeping your pool water clean and healthy, so it’s important to make sure they are always working properly.
We only use the best filters, so you can feel confident knowing that they will be able to do the job right. We also back our work with a one-year warranty for all new installations and repairs.
Once we are sure that the filters are in working order, we check the water chemistry. This includes checking pH levels, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid (stabilizer), and chlorine or bromine residuals. If any of these levels need adjusting, we make them according to manufacturers’ recommendations before moving on to the next step.
Monthly Maintenance Can Save You Money
In addition to keeping your pool clean and looking great all summer long, monthly maintenance can help extend the life of your equipment by preventing unexpected breakdowns or repairs. It may also save you from having to close your pool due to poor water clarity, as weekly water testing is included with our monthly service visits. In order for your pool to run smoothly, it needs proper chemical levels and filtration.
These are just a few of the tasks that we perform each month to make sure your pool is in good condition. If you have any other questions about our monthly maintenance service, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help!
